Hadi has over 25 years of experience and expertise in the real estate industry, with an extensive background including the development and marketing of several commercial and residential projects in the Charlotte region.
Scott relocated from Chicago, IL, where he was a Senior Vice President and managing broker. He is a graduated from Northern Illinois University. Scott has closed over $50 million in REO commercial sales since 2008 and over $15 million annually in all commercial transactions since 2011. He has over eight years of commercial experience. Mladenik specializes in the Lake Norman market area.
After a successful career in sales & marketing with companies like Deloitte and Oracle, Buddy started his RE Career with RE/MAX in 2003. Having lived in Charlotte for more than 30 years, he is aware of the growth in the area and has a vast knowledge of neighborhoods and Builders. Buddy has been recognized by 5 Star Professional as being in of the top 10% of agents for Customer Service in the Charlotte area every year since 2008.
I was born and raised in the Charlotte Metro and Lake Norman area. I formerly owned Lake Norman Services Ltd. and have seen the Lake Norman area grow over the last 49 years. I come from a family of contractors and builders and have an in depth knowledge of the building industry which has helped me in Real Estate.
